Where is Samcheok?
Samcheok is an area located in the “Gangwon-do,” the East of Korea.
Booking your flight to Incheon Airport(ICN) is the first step of your journey to Samcheok.
Many flights by various carriers fly into Incheon Airport(ICN), including daily flights from all over the world and cities.
Samcheok is about 260 km east of Seoul city and Incheon Airport 4 hour driving distance.
From Incheon International Airport to Samcheok
It takes about 3 hours and 40 minutes by car from Incheon Intl’ Airport to Samcheok. The distance is 309Km.
Going by bus, you can take a direct bus from the airport to Samcheok at platform 9C, on the ground floor.

From Gimpo International Airport to Samcheok
It takes 3 hours and 30 minutes from Gimpo Intl’ Airport to Samcheok and the distance is 279km. When using a bus, you can take a direct bus from the airport to Samcheok at platform 3, 2nd floor.

Or you can take a bus from Seoul Express Bus Terminal. When choosing this option, you can take a Seoul metro from the airport and disembark at Seoul Express Bus Terminal and take a bus to Samcheok from there. The bus to Sam-cheok runs 20 times per day.

From Yangyang International Airport to Samcheok
It takes about 80 minutes by car from Yangyang Intl’ Airport to Samcheok and the distance is 97km.
When using bus, you can take a bus from Yangyang Intl’ Airport to Samcheok, however the operation time is not frequent. You can also take a bus from the airport to Yangyang Bus Terminal and take a bus from there to you final destination Samcheok.
